HAPFS Membership Renewal Form 2026-2027

Declaration of Membership Status

We are excited to welcome new members and invite our current members to renew their membership with HAPFS. In accordance with the Bylaws of the Hillsborough Auxiliary to Peninsula Family Service, all members are required to declare their status annually. Please complete the form below by selecting your membership level and submitting your dues using one of the payment options provided below:


  1. Preferred option is to pay dues via Zelle using the following email address:  hillsboroughauxiliarypfs@yahoo.com 

  2. Dues can be paid via Credit Card using the 2nd form below. However credit card payments will incur a convenience fee that's been added to the membership costs below.


  3. Filled out form can be printed and mailed out along with the Dues check (made payable to "HAPFS" ) to: HAPFS,  P.O. Box 2086,  Burlingame, CA 94011.

Please Select Your Membership Level
1) New Member - $380: Commit to attend a minimum of 5 meetings; pay annual dues; purchase 1 ticket to the annual fundraiser; participate in group fundraising, and all other activities.
2) Active - $380: Commit to attend a minimum of 5 meetings; pay annual dues; purchase 1 ticket to the annual fundraiser; participate in group fundraising, and all other activities.
3) Advisory - $380: Must have 5 years as an active member in good standing, including 1st/provisional year. Commit to attend a minimum of 2 meetings; pay annual dues; purchase 1 ticket to the annual fundraiser.
4a) Annual Sustainer - $55: Must have 6 yrs or 5 yrs as an active and 1 yr as an advisory member in good standing, excluding LOA status year/including provisional year. Commit to pay annual dues or lifetime dues; participate in Auxiliary’s activities; is included in & receives invitations to all Auxiliary and PFS events; receives monthly newsletters; access to the hapfs.org membership portal.
4b) Lifetime Sustainer - $520: Must have 6 yrs or 5 yrs as an active and 1 yr as an advisory member in good standing, excluding LOA status year/including provisional year. Commit to pay annual dues or lifetime dues; participate in Auxiliary’s activities; is included in & receives invitations to all Auxiliary and PFS events; receives monthly newsletters; access to the hapfs.org membership portal.
5) Resign: No longer interested in any membership role or news of the Auxiliary. Does not receive newsletters/access to membership portal on website or invitations for any Auxiliary or PFS events.

2. Zelle:  Membership dues may be paid via Zelle without any processing fee, using the following email address:

3. Mail a Check:  Please print and complete this form, and mail it with your dues check ( payable to HAPFS )  to: HAPFS, P.O. Box 2086, Burlingame, CA 94011. Please also include your selected membership level in the check memo.
